All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. For some locations, standard and express delivery options are available. All available delivery options are presented after entering your delivery address.
In most cases, items are delivered within 2 to 7 business days. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Product(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original.
An email to our Customer Service Team is required prior to your return.
Returns can be refunded or exchanged with another item, size or color.
Sale or Special Offer products can be exchanged with products from the same category only.
We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items. We will not refund return postal charges.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in store.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged with other products but are not redeemable for cash.
Items received outside our Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please initially email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com stating your order number, reason of your return and item(s) you wish to return. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by a carrier of your choice at: D-DAK, 30 Ermou Street, 10563 Athens, Greece. We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.
How will I be refunded?
Upon receipt of the item by our Customer Service Τeam, your return request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be processed depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order. Thus, the amount will be refunded by cancelling your credit / debit card charge, via Paypal refund, or in the case of COD payment, by depositing the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
Which amount will I be refunded?
We will refund you the full amount of the product(s) you purchased including the initial delivery charges.
